Production Equipment Technicians

Location: Minneapolis

** to support our manufacturing operations in Blaine across multiple shifts and skill levels. Opportunities are available for both experienced  
** Maintenance Mechanics
** and  
** Technical Operators** , with clear pathways for growth and advancement.

* ** Maintenance Mechanic (1st Shift)*

** Pay:**  $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

* Schedule:

** 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

+ Focus on advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance of plant equipment.

+ Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment

+ Perform preventative maintenance (PM) across departments

+ Assist with equipment installations and upgrades

+ Perform shop repairs (welding, machining, milling, etc.)

+ Support line personnel with mechanical issues and changeovers

** Technical Operator (2nd & 3rd Shift)*
* +  
** Pay:**  $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

* Schedule:

** 2nd shift, Mon - Fri, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

3rd shift, Sun - Thurs, 11:00 pm - 7:30 am

+ Focus on operating production equipment, basic troubleshooting, and supporting changeovers and cleaning processes. Operate packaging and production equipment

+ Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting

+ Support setups and changeovers

+ Complete in-process quality checks and documentation

+ Disassemble, clean, and sanitize equipment

+ Monitor production performance and communicate issues

** Qualifications*
* + High School Diploma or equivalent required

+ 2+ years of experience preferred

+ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

+ 6+ months of manufacturing or packaging experience preferred

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment

+ Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds
