Production Equipment Technicians
We are hiring Production Equipment Technicians to support our manufacturing operations in Blaine across multiple shifts and skill levels. Opportunities are available for both experienced Maintenance Mechanics and Technical Operators, with clear pathways for growth and advancement.
Maintenance Mechanic (1st Shift)
- Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
- Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
- Focus on advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance of plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance (PM) across departments
- Assist with equipment installations and upgrades
- Perform shop repairs (welding, machining, milling, etc.)
- Support line personnel with mechanical issues and changeovers
- Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
- Schedule: 2nd shift, Mon – Fri, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
3rd shift, Sun – Thurs, 11:00 pm – 7:30 am
- Focus on operating production equipment, basic troubleshooting, and supporting changeovers and cleaning processes.
- Operate packaging and production equipment
- Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting
- Support setups and changeovers
- Complete in-process quality checks and documentation
- Disassemble, clean, and sanitize equipment
- Monitor production performance and communicate issues
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- 6+ months of manufacturing or packaging experience preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds
