Manpower - - Responsibilities:
Disassemble and assemble production equipment for thorough cleaning;
Follow Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP) for cleaning food-grade production equipment;
Operate high-pressure, hot water sprayers to ensure effective sanitation;
Perform hand scrubbing tasks as necessary to maintain cleanliness;
Assist in staying current on the Master Sanitation schedule to uphold hygiene standards
