Production Associate

Our client, a leader in the sporting goods industry, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the manufacturing of high-quality sporting goods. Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Caledonia, MN

Pay Range: $18.50

• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure compliance standards are being met.
• Prepare and apply resin mixture for mold cavities and pattern application.
• Inspect molded helmets for any defects and clean mold cavities as needed.
• Trim and sand helmets to meet product specifications.

• Basic skills in math and reading measurements (fractions and decimals).
• Ability to operate machinery and manually assemble products.
• Good verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to support activities beyond the normal job description.
• Ability to recognize and elevate issues effectively.
