Andersen Corporation is seeking a Team Lead to provide daily direction for a production line in Minnesota. You will guide 5–40 associates, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and apply AMS tools to solve problems.
You will coach, train, and develop employees, maintain visual management, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the value stream, working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams to meet SQDC targets.
