Clean Room Packager / Microscope Inspection Associate

Position OverviewJoin a fast-paced medical manufacturing team where quality and precision are essential. This role involves working in a clean room environment, inspecting and packaging medical components using microscopes and detailed work instructions. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks with a strong focus on quality.
Key Responsibilities- Perform microscope inspection of small medical device components to ensure product quality and accuracy
- Package medical products according to detailed specifications and quality standards
- Assemble kits and components following written instructions and work orders
- Use basic hand tools and equipment as needed during the manufacturing process
- Read and follow production documentation, blueprints, and travelers
- Label, organize, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with clean room requirements
- Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
- Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Shift: 1st Shift – Monday through Friday
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or inspection experience preferred
- Ability to work with microscopes and perform detailed visual inspections
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to follow written instructions and quality procedures
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
