Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Line Worker employees for a food production company specializing in premium desserts in Le Center, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality dessert products while supporting a clean and fast-paced production environment. • Assist in multiple departments including baking, icing, and packaging
• Gather and prepare production materials such as pans, utensils, and packaging supplies
• Place finished products into proper containers with correct labels (including allergen labels)
• Clean and sanitize production lines during product changeovers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area at all times
• Remove debris and ensure floors and surrounding areas remain hazard-free

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members to maintain production flow
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately at a steady pace
• Willingness to take responsibility and work as part of a team
• Ability to work with both manual and automated equipment
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, with or without accommodation
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
