Daybreak Foods - 609 6th Street Northeast - Responsibilities:
Operate on the processing line to ensure high quality product;
Perform food safety and quality checks in accordance with HACCP, SQF, and cGMP standards;
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area and equipment;
Assist with breaks and cleanup and ensure proper handling of eggs through the production line;
Support as needed in washing, transferring, breaking, and shell rooms to meet USDA standards
