Your main duties as a line adjuster will involve managing an automated production line before and during the production process. Your main duties include:

  • Managing machines: adjusting the volume and production speed according to pre-established parameters.
  • Ensuring the production program by supplying raw materials.
  • Making format changes on the machines.
  • Cleaning the production line.
  • Verifying production: respecting quality standards, hygiene tests, sample taking.

Your profile:

Organized, dynamic, and curious. More than a diploma, we are looking for employees who want to learn and exchange with their team members to achieve the set objectives. You accept to work in 2
* 8 or at night from Monday to Friday and are open to working on Saturday if necessary (10 Saturdays maximum per year). You have previous experience in the food industry. Experience in bakery pastry would be a plus.

Our working conditions: 35-hour contract. Hours worked: approximately 38 hours/week. Employees' hours: reset to 0 on December 31st each year. Overtime hours at 90%. Saturdays worked: 10 maximum per year per employee. Your salary: attractive gross base salary over 13 months. 1 lunch basket per day. Night hours at 28% overtime. Variables: 3 monthly variables. Family mutual interest participation: unique rate.
