Cleanroom Production Operator – 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Options

Help build critical medical components in a world-class cleanroom environment

As a Cleanroom Production Operator, you'll work inside a modern, climate-controlled cleanroom supporting the Trimming, Molding, or Mill/Mix departments. You'll operate specialized equipment, handle raw materials, and perform detailed inspections to ensure silicone and plastic components meet strict medical-grade quality standards.

This is hands-on, precision-focused work where your attention to detail directly impacts the safety and reliability of medical devices used around the world.

Choose the schedule that fits your lifestyle:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Shift differentials available for 2nd & 3rd shift

• Operate molding equipment to produce silicone and plastic components to exact specifications
• Set up, run, and monitor molding presses or injection molding machines
• Load raw materials, remove molded parts, and complete in-process inspections
• Document production data accurately and report abnormalities
• Trim, finish, and inspect molded components to meet cosmetic and dimensional standards
• Remove flash using hand tools with precision and consistency
• Perform detailed visual inspections, including microscope work
• Weigh, mix, and mill raw materials according to batch records
• Operate mixing and milling equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized work area that meets cleanroom standards
• Follow all SOPs, work instructions, and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delano, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
