Location: Roseau
Polaris Inc. Roseau Operations is seeking a Lean Facilitator (Hourly Grade
2) to advance continuous improvement and Lean initiatives on the shop floor. You will facilitate problem-solving, lead training, and coach teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
The role accelerates Lean adoption by coaching, facilitating structured problem-solving, and supporting value-stream analysis and Kaizen events within Roseau Operations.
