Seneca Foods Corporation of Montgomery, MN, a food production and distribution center located approximately 35 miles southwest of the Twin Cities metro, currently has an opening for full-time Warehouse Custodian/Sweeper Operator for the 1st shift.

Responsibilities:

• Sanitation of floors, restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and assigned warehouse/production areas
• Empties trash receptacles, and recycling bins
• Operates vacuum, automatic floor-scrubber, and hand equipment
• Maintains up-to-date sanitation records
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies, paper products, etc.
• Performs general housekeeping duties
• Observes all company safety rules and regulations
• Continuous cleaning around machines and conveyors
• Scrubbing of framework and non-food surfaces
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Be a self-starter with good prioritizing and time management skills.
• Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment
• Good communication skills.
• Previous clerical and janitorial experience preferred

Starting wage range based on skills, abilities and experience from $20.50 to $23.50 per hour.
