Salary Range: $65,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
Job Shift: First

• Lead and support the materials team through coaching, accountability, and development.
• Oversee raw material inventory including receiving, storage, usage planning, and system accuracy.
• Partner with procurement and accounting to resolve inventory variances and vendor issues.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and cross training within the department.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and ensure adherence to company standards.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years of materials, inventory, or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work across teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data and make sound decisions.
