Location: Perham
Shearer’s Foods is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator to manage start-of-week and end-of-week shifts, running 3–5 packaging machines, performing setup and quality checks. A sign-on bonus is offered, with additional payments after milestones.
The role requires leadership, troubleshooting skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strict safety standards.
