Repack Associate
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Repack Associates for a leading manufacturing company located in Long Prairie, MN. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!
What You'll Do as a Repack Associate:
- Pack pasta and noodle products into boxes or containers according to company specifications
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, including handling cases of product and raw materials
- Inspect products for quality, ensuring proper weight, shape, and packaging integrity
- Label, seal, and stack packaged goods for shipment or storage
- Follow all safety protocols when working around moving machinery, forklifts, and potential dust
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times to ensure product consistency and safety
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with food safety and sanitation standards
What You Need to Bring to the Repack Associate Role:
- Ability to stand and work 10-hour shifts (days or nights)
- Ability to consistently lift 30-35 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high product quality
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, and work in varying environmental conditions (dust, noise, etc.)
- Basic problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions
