Equipment Operator

Taylor Corporation is seeking an Equipment Operator to operate folding equipment.

Work Authorization:
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

• Prepare and operate folding equipment in compliance with job specifications and company quality standards.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output.
• Check paper for type, size, color, and quantity.
• Visually inspect forms throughout run for quality.
• Coordinate with the Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, reorganize when necessary to meet deadline changes.
• Maintain knowledge of safety requirements for the job and equipment.

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Friday

• Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerances.
• High degree of mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• High degree of mechanical ability.
• Good reading ability.

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others understand.
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
• Constantly operate machinery and handle products including print materials.
• Frequently required to move inside the facility.
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).

• Ability to work with very close tolerances.
• Effective communication with team members.
• High degree of analytical skills.
• Good color discernment.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16–$22. The actual base offered depends on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
