Equipment Operator; 2nd Shift

Opportunity

Taylor Corporation is seeking an Equipment Operator for our North Mankato, MN facility. The role involves preparing and operating printing press equipment in compliance with company quality standards and performing regular maintenance to ensure optimum output.

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment according to job specifications and company procedures.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Check paper/cards for type, size, color, and quantity.
• Visually inspect forms throughout run for quality.
• Coordinate with Production Team to prioritize jobs and reorganize as necessary to meet deadline changes and updates.
• Maintain knowledge of safety requirements for the job and equipment.

• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to communicate accurately with others.
• Stationary position for extended periods while operating machinery.
• Frequent internal movement within the facility.
• Regularly lift up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull, and/or carry).
• High degree of mathematical skills, attention to detail, mechanical ability, and good reading ability.
• Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances.

• Ability to work with very close tolerances.
• Effective communication with team members.
• High degree of analytical skills.
• Good color discernment.

2nd Shift;
Monday - Friday, 1:00pm - 9:00pm

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16 – $21. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, skills, education, and location.
