Shop Laborer

Shop Laborer – Monday to Friday,8:00AM to 5:00PM.

• Assemble, construct, and prepare various parts and components such as agricultural pumps, mixers, or separators.
• Transport materials, tools, and completed products within the shop premises and support shipping and receiving tasks.
• Operate shop machinery, hand tools, and power tools under supervision.
• Assist technicians and welders during production processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the shop, equipment, and work spaces to ensure a safe and productive environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects up to 50lbs. and standing for prolonged periods.

  Proficiency in utilizing common hand and power tools.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to execute tasks with precision and perform basic quality assessments.
• Team Player: Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively within a team and following instructions from supervisors.
• Keen Learner: Displays adaptability and a positive approach toward acquiring new skills and responsibilities.
• Experience (Preferred): Previous involvement in a manufacturing or similar shop setting is beneficial, but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.

$22per hour. Paid every Friday via direct deposit and/or paycards. Paid holidays and PTO based on accrued hour requirements. Medical coverage – access to affordable and comprehensive group medical coverage.
