Sealed Air is seeking a Production Team Leader for the Lester Prairie night shift segment under the Liquibox team. The role oversees Injection Molding, Assembly, Secondary Operations, and Warehouse activities on a rotating night schedule (6:00 PM–6:00 AM), with a $27.00 base pay and a $2.00 shift differential.
The candidate will drive safety, quality, and team leadership across the shift, ensuring OSHA/compliance, 5S, lean manufacturing practices, and effective scheduling and staffing.
