Job Objective

This position will assist the mogul tech, operate and maintain starchless mogul and equipment associated with the supplement mogul area. Will also help with switchovers, work on trays and help with coating of the product. This position will fill in for the mogul technician during their absence and be responsible for the dispensing, forming, sizing, cooling and sanding/oiling of all product produced on the starchless mogul.

Also will serve as back up to the kitchen.

Essential Duties

• Complete orders by following production schedule.
• Communicate with Starchless Kitchen Technician to ensure a harmonious transfer of product.
• Communicate with Packaging Operator to ensure a harmonious transfer of product.
• Communicate with Quality Control to ensure all product produced is in spec.
• Operate Starchless Mogul System, Operate Steam/sour, and oil systems
• Operate all supplemental equipment associated with the Mogul area.
• Responsible for all cleanouts and ensure no cross contamination happens.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance on equipment.
• Perform Light Maintenance on equipment and sanitation duties
• Fill out all appropriate paperwork for Dietary Supplements properly.
• Must adhere to all company and regulatory requirements.

• Learning, memorizing, and executing a sequence of procedures
• Willing to work well with others
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs
• Firm grasp of manufacturing and quality process
• Basic computer skills and communication skills
