Special Projects Technician
Our client, a leading organization in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Special Projects Technician to join their team. As a Special Projects Technician, you will be an integral part of the Special Projects Department supporting manufacturing and quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully within the organization.
Location:
Coon Rapids, MN
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
What's the Job?
- Assemble miniature connectors and interconnection systems according to detailed specifications and blueprints.
- Perform quality inspections on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety and cleanliness protocols in a controlled environment to maintain a safe workspace.
- Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records for quality assurance and process improvement.
What's Needed?
- Previous experience in miniature assembly using microscopes or similar precision tools.
- HS/GED Completion
- Excellent manual dexterity and ability to work with small, delicate components.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
