CNC Machinist Setup - $20.00-$27.00/Hour

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for CNC Machinist Setup openings in Pine City, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who have CNC setup experience, enjoy precision machining, and take pride in producing high‑quality parts in a manufacturing environment.
Pay & Schedule- Hourly Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

- Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to produce quality parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
- Select and install tooling, fixtures, and machine attachments as required.
- Perform first‑piece inspections and verify part dimensions using precision measuring instruments.
- Monitor machine performance, adjust offsets as needed, and maintain quality and production standards.
- Previous CNC setup and machining experience required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
