Pay Rate: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
4-Day Work Week: Monday-Thursday |
1st Shift: 6:00 AM-4:00 PM |
2nd Shift: 3:45 PM-1:45 AM

Education Requirements- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required
- Manufacturing or rotational molding experience preferred
- Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred
- Ability to operate production equipment, power tools, and specialized machinery
- Ability to read and interpret operating manuals, work instructions, and engineering standards
- Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on product quality and consistency
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and support training efforts
- Reliable attendance and commitment to safety and production goals
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Stand or sit for extended periods during the workday
- Walk throughout the manufacturing facility as needed
- Work in an industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, odors, heat, and cold
- Perform repetitive production and assembly tasks
- Work in confined spaces or cramped areas when required
- Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely
- Operate manufacturing equipment, power tools, and specialized instruments used in plant operations
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of finished products
- Perform assembly tasks while following established procedures and safety guidelines
- Communicate with team members and leadership to meet production schedules and operational goals
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and resolving production problems
- Support the training and development of team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Identify work priorities and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Assist with repairs, including working in confined areas and handling materials as needed
- Perform additional production duties as assigned
- Available for 2nd Shift Production positions only (warehouse excluded)
- This bonus information applies to qualifying 2nd Shift Production roles
- Bonus payment schedule:
- $2,000 paid upon conversion from Staffmark employment to the client company's payroll.
- Remaining $3,000 paid after 90 days of employment with the client company.

- Available for qualifying 1st Shift Production
- This bonus information applies to qualifying 1st Shift Production roles
- Bonus payment schedule:
- $1,000 paid upon conversion from Staffmark employment to the client company's payroll
- Remaining $2,000 paid after 90 days of employment with the client company

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
