Location: Motley
Trident Seafoods - - Responsibilities:
Set up, tend, adjust and operate the mixer to blend ingredients per standard operating procedures;
Review Batch Schedule to ensure correct ingredients and amounts are used in each batch;
Lift frozen product onto pallets or pitch into crusher and weigh/measures ingredients to meet requirements;
Observe equipment and alert maintenance of breakdowns and make minor adjustments to control product flow;
Dismantle and clean equipment according to sanitation procedures and reassemble; record batch information
