LJP Waste Solutions is seeking a 1st shift Equipment Operator for our Depackaging Center in North Mankato, MN. You will operate depackaging machinery, forklifts, and related equipment to separate organic material from packaging and produce clean feedstock for downstream processing.
The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM, with overtime opportunities and a $2,000 hiring bonus. Emphasis on safety, mechanical aptitude, and teamwork in a fast-paced plant environment.
