LJP Waste Solutions is seeking a full-time 2nd Shift Supervisor, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, at our North Mankato facility. This role leads and coordinates all 2nd shift plant operations, supervises equipment operators, enforces safety and quality standards, and serves as the primary shift contact for handoffs.
The ideal candidate is a strong, safety-focused leader who can manage people and priorities in a fast-paced industrial setting.
