LJP Waste Solutions is seeking a full-time 3rd Shift Supervisor for the North Mankato plant, Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. The role leads overnight operations, ensures safe material flow from transfer to compactor and shredder, and supervises operators and staff.
The ideal candidate is a decisive leader with a strong safety mindset, capable of managing people and priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment.
