General Laborer / Cleaner

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring General Laborers for a well-established food production facility in Delano, MN. In this role, you’ll help package high quality products, support a clean and safe production environment, and work with a friendly and reliable team. If you enjoy hands-on work, steady hours, and a consistent routine, this could be a great fit for you!

What You’ll Do as a General Laborer:

• Package various products in a timely and safe manner while maintaining high quality standards
• Communicate with Machine Operators or the Shift Supervisor regarding any quality or safety concerns
• Assist Machine Operators with code dates, expiration dates, stickers, and other label-related tasks
• Monitor product quality, contamination risks, and line efficiency
• Perform general cleaning of production areas during changeovers
• Complete sanitation duties as needed on the line or in the production area
• Follow all GMP and safety regulations
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor

What You Need to Bring to the General Laborer Role:

• Ability to stand for an entire 10-hour shift
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Good communication and basic problem solving skills
• Flexibility, dependability, and solid coping skills
• Previous production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to pass any required pre-employment screenings
• Reliable transportation to Delano, MN
