• Attention to detail.
• Basic math and conversion skills.
• Ability to work as a team or independently.
• Ability to work at a fast pace on a constantly moving production line.
• Ability or willingness to operate a fork truck, training provided.
• 50 lbs lifting and carrying requirement.

• Read area cleanup and equipment care postings to support 5S Lean practices.
• Keep the area clean and organized.
• Use practical problem-solving skills and work with colleagues to accomplish objectives.
• Attend each scheduled shift and arrive to work on time.
• Position parts or materials for processing.
• Care for machines, add coolant to reservoirs, and lubricate machine parts.
• Remove foreign material from items on conveyor belts.
• Assist other production workers in production activities.
• Report labor transactions and job information accurately.
• Control material cost, labor, and overhead costs.
• Work efficiently with colleagues to minimize energy use and material waste.
• Create an environment of producing the best product, at the best price with quality expectations and on schedule.
• Implement training received to assist with job efficiency and quality expectations.
