Location: Dassel
Cretex Medical in Minnesota seeks a Cell Lead I for the 4th shift (Fri–Sun, 6am–6:30pm) with overlap flexibility to meet production goals. You will lead a cellular work team, schedule staff, ensure material supply, maintain quality and efficiency, and drive improvements.
The role requires supervising and training staff, coordinating with other functions, and maintaining ISO and medical device compliance while delivering daily updates and performance metrics.
