Industrial Assembler

Superior is looking for skilled and dedicated Industrial Assemblers to join our team. In this role, you'll be essential to our production process, ensuring high-quality results. • Assembly & Installation: Install purchased parts and sub-assemblies both before and after the painting process.
• Equipment Operation: Operate various tools and equipment, including bearing presses, impact wrenches, and nail guns.
• Safety & Crane Operation: Adhere strictly to safe operating and lifting procedures when using overhead cranes.
• General Support: Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor to support production needs.

• The starting pay range for this position is $19 - $24 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

• 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday

• Mechanical ability is helpful
• Tool Identification
• Able to read blueprints with attention to detail.
• Able to read 1/8”, 1/16”, and 1/32” graduations on a tape measure and convert between feet and inches.
