Mailing Operator - 2nd Shift

We are looking for a Mailing Operator to join our second‑shift team in Sartell, MN.

• Set up machine: review work order for specifications and set up equipment to work order requirements.
• Maintain equipment: perform minor maintenance daily including troubleshooting and general cleaning; assist in preventive maintenance as directed.
• Operate equipment: monitor quality of the product being produced with limited waste, tray finished job as required in work order with accurate counts.
• Complete paperwork for department: maintain logbooks, change orders, work orders, load tags, maintenance logs, and shipping orders.
• Assist in operational process improvement projects and in writing/updating operator procedure manuals.
• Read work orders and accurately follow instructions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years working with manufacturing equipment.
• Intermediate computer experience/knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for 8 hours a day.
