Oversee a production area of 8-16 team members to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency;
Coordinate daily department activities to meet production goals within scheduled time frames;
Maintain and communicate tracking of daily KPIs and progress to team members;
Support continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives within the department;
Ensure all safety and quality standards, including GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000, are followed diligently
