Cooper Farms is a family-owned farmer and food company with a long-standing focus on teamwork and quality. We are seeking a 1st shift Parts Crib Supervisor to partner with plant supervisors and management at the St. Henry facility to support production, safety, and workforce well-being by managing spare-parts inventory and reducing downtime.
The 1st shift runs Monday through Friday. Starting pay is commensurate with experience, with monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses available.
