Reamer operator

We are looking for a skilled and experienced reamer operator for a permanent employment relationship in Raahe on behalf of our client

Job description: As a reamer operator, you will be responsible for handling large pieces and medium-heavy machining. We hope you are fluent in measuring techniques and lifting mechanisms. You also know how to create programs and make settings on the machine. We are looking for a professional who is familiar with working with the Heidenhain program. If you recognise yourself from this description, you might be the very person we are looking for!

We expect from you:

• Previous experience with a CNC reamer (training in the field is considered an advantage)
• Programming skills and knowledge of Heidenhain controls
• Literacy in technical drawings
• Experience in the single and/or small series production of large pieces
• Willingness to perform shift work
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to function well with different kinds of people
• Good Finnish or English language skills
