We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Kitting Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for unloading parts from the paint line, inspecting them for defects, and packaging the correct parts onto pallets to fulfill specific work orders. This is a physically demanding position that requires consistent lifting of up to 30 pounds and involves a lot of movement throughout the day.

• Unload parts from the paint line and inspect them for defects.
• Package correct parts from the line onto pallets according to specific work orders.
• Use a computer and work instructions to kit parts per order specification.
• Handle materials efficiently in a warehouse setting, including labeling and palletizing.
• Participate in loading and unloading operations and support production activities.

• Ability to follow work instructions accurately.
• Inspection and defect detection skills.
• Proficiency in using computers for order specifications.
• Experience in material handling, warehouse operations, and palletizing.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexibility in work schedule, with the ability to work 10 hours a day for a 4-6 month period.

Expect a hot work environment due to the presence of heat-treating machinery. You will be on your feet all day, requiring physical endurance. The role offers a dynamic work atmosphere that is both challenging and rewarding.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Delano, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
