Mesabi Metallics is seeking a Plant Operator/Maintainer to safely operate and monitor equipment across the Crusher, Concentrator, and Pellet Plant. This hybrid role combines plant operations with light maintenance in a continuous 24/7 mining environment.
You will proactively identify and correct minor equipment issues, support startups and shutdowns, and work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Reliability teams to maximize plant availability and product quality.
