Shift: 1st shift - 7:00am to 3:30pm (6&3 schedule)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform injection molding process adjustments to maintain quality and production.
- Complete mold changes, machine setups, and start-ups.
- Troubleshoot molding machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment.
- Optimize process parameters to reduce scrap and downtime.
- Monitor tooling, document issues, and ensure preventive maintenance.
- Collaborate with production and QA teams to improve efficiency.
- Train Mold Set-Up Technicians on processing techniques.
- Maintain production documentation and process control standards.
- 3–5 years of injection molding processing experience.
- Experience with mold changes, machine setup, and process troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of automation, robotics, and auxiliary equipment.
- Ability to read setup sheets, specifications, and work instructions.
Schedule:
- Candidate should specify preferred shift.
- Must be comfortable with a 6 days on / 3 days off (6&3) rotating schedule.
