Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Cheese Plant Operator to support Manufacturing & Production in our Milbank, SD facility. In this on-site role, you will operate and monitor cheese vats, presses, and related equipment to safely produce high-quality American-style cheeses and dairy ingredients. Responsibilities include following GMPs and food safety standards, completing sanitation and CIP tasks, performing basic equipment adjustments, recording production data, and collaborating with quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
