Our client, Food Production Industry, is seeking a Production Team Lead - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Production Team Lead you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting Food Production Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Team Lead - 2nd Shift
Location: LeCenter, MN
Pay Range: $25/hour + $3/hour shift differential
Shift: 3:30pm-2am
What's the Job?
- Oversee a production area of 8-16 team members to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
- Coordinate daily department activities to meet production goals within scheduled time frames
- Maintain and communicate tracking of daily KPIs and progress to team members
- Support continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives within the department
- Ensure all safety and quality standards, including GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000, are followed diligently
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of manufacturing or food production experience
- Basic computer skills, including data entry, Microsoft Office, and email
- Ability to operate and assemble production equipment when necessary
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
- Bilingual
- Spanish or Somali (speaking, writing, reading) is helpful
