We're looking for a skilled Machine Operator with CNC turret experience to join our team. As a Machine Operator you will be building the deck platforms for commercial playground equipment.

Hours:

M-F, 1:30 P.M.

- 10:00 P.M.

• Operating CNC turret punch presses and related machinery
• Performing setup and adjustments as needed
• Fabricate directly from drawings and work instructions without supervision

• Strong mechanical skills
• Independent, dependable, resourceful, and self-motivated
• Blueprint Reading Comprehension
• Attention to Detail

• Previous experience with Punch Press required
• Previous experience setting up and adjusting punch press required
• Ability to read and understand Complex Mechanical Fabrication Drawings
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to operate typical fabrication hand tools

The target hourly range is $21.00 - $25.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.

In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
