Pay Rate: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Schedule:

1st Shift | 6 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Thursday

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of experience
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals
• Knowledge of metals such as aluminum and stainless steel preferred
• Forklift and hoist safety knowledge is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Lift up to 40 lbs regularly
• Stand for up to 10 hours per shift
• Use power tools and perform repetitive hand movements
• Work in a production environment with varying temperatures and humidity

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery used to produce metal components
• Perform quality checks and accurately report daily production counts
• Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Assist with machine setup, tooling changes, and first-part inspections
• Perform basic machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting with support
• Deburr finished parts and maintain organized workstations
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout protocols
• Maintain accurate tool inventory and production documentation

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
