Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Whey Production team member to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot whey processing equipment in our modern Milbank, SD facility. In this hands-on role, you’ll support safe, efficient production of high-quality whey ingredients by following SOPs, GMPs, and safety standards, performing quality checks, and assisting with CIP cleaning and sanitation. You’ll work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment with opportunities for training, growth, and advancement.
