LJP Waste Solutions is seeking a full-time 1st Shift Supervisor, Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, to lead plant operations and ensure safe, efficient material flow from transfer floor through the compactor and shredder systems.
The role oversees equipment operators and plant personnel, enforces safety and quality standards, troubleshoots issues in real time, and serves as the main contact for shift handoffs.
