The Crew Lead is responsible for directing the daily flow of all aspects of activities and production on the shift. In addition to overseeing the team, this person will be accountable for ensuring proper run set up, meeting production metrics and quality targets, troubleshooting production problems as they arise, maintaining run records, and recommending improvements.

GEOTEK's compensation model is skill-based, and starting pay levels are determined by previous experience and transferable skills. The range for this position breaks down as follows:
- Level 1: $24.25
- Level 2: $24.98 - $26.75
- Level 3: $27.55 - $28.25
- Level 4: $29.00 - $30.00
Hiring manager will determine pay level based off experience, skillset, and knowledge.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Responsible for daily supervision of the production crew.
- Ensures crews follow standard operating procedures & Work Instructions.
- Coordinates exchanging setups on the machine.
- Identifies problems and cost savings solutions in the production process.
- Actively participates in department process improvement and efficiency.
- Prepares finished products for secondary operations.
- Monitors and/or mixes resin and coatings.
- Develop and train co-workers.
- Ability to properly prioritize and pay close attention to details.
- Able to read and write the English language.
- Mechanically inclined and able to read a tape measure.
- Able to work and lead with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Strong emphasis on quality, productivity, and safety.
- The position is located on the production floor, standing for up to 10 hours a day.
- Work with or around power tools and chemicals.
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally.
