HiFyve is hiring Deburr Personnel in the Precision Manufacturing industry.

Salary: $20+/hour depending on experience

Shift Options:

1st Shift:

Monday – Thursday

6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Friday:

6:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Location:

Fridley, MN

This role supports manufacturing operations by performing deburring, finishing, and quality inspection work on machined components. Candidates will help ensure finished products meet customer specifications and quality standards.

• Deburr machined components using hand and power tools
• Inspect finished parts for defects and quality issues
• Read work instructions and blueprints
• Perform finishing and polishing work as needed
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Manufacturing or deburring experience preferred
• Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
