Secondary Operations
Trelleborg Medical Solutions is seeking a Secondary Operations person to join their team. This position will support the Secondary Operations Lead in an effective, efficient operation of the value stream to facilitate the flow of work. They will perform Clean Room operations, including measurements of air quality, ensure efficient operations of the vision machines both inside and outside of the Clean Room, document actions according to procedures, assist the Materials Handler and Shipping Clerk when needed.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience which demonstrates the ability to effectively lead, train and mentor production operators
- Experience successfully performing or training tasks similar to those performed in the value stream
Responsibilities:
- Perform key production function in the value stream as necessary or directed.
- Perform tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
- Set an example by actively contributing to department and company goals.
- Clarify expectations and seek additional training as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
- This position requires that you work in a clean room environment, wearing a gown, gloves, hairnet, and other garments as required to ensure a clean, safe and sterile environment.
- Other duties as assigned by Production Manager, Supervisor or Lead
Pay:
- Pay starts at $19.00 - 22.00 per hour
