Cabinetry Woodworker

Responsibilities

• Prepare products for finishing, including sanding and filling holes and cracks.
• Load and unload parts onto the conveyor in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring quality.
• Apply finish or paint efficiently while maintaining quality standards, using either a hand method or a spray gun.
• Ensure the quality of the finish and mix custom stains as needed.
• Perform touch-up repairs and help maintain finishing equipment.
• Recognize quality issues and offer suggestions for improvement.
• Communicate continually with the department lead regarding observations and issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using a tape measure.
• Experience in building, framing, and finishing.
• Skills in woodworking and finish carpentry.
• Familiarity with general labor and hand tool usage.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to stand and bend for prolonged periods, up to 10 hours per day.

This is a contract position based out of Lonsdale, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
