We are hiring for a Mixing Operator role within a growing manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for operating mixing equipment, blending powdered materials to production specifications, monitoring production processes, and supporting overall manufacturing operations. The role plays a key part in ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the production process.
Associates will work in a manufacturing environment where they will operate mixing equipment, handle raw materials, monitor production batches, complete documentation, and support daily production goals. This position offers an opportunity to develop mechanical skills while working in a stable and team-oriented environment.
Shift Schedule- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
- $20.00 per hour
- Weekly paychecks every Friday
- Operate mixing equipment to blend powdered materials according to production specifications
- Follow batch formulas and work instructions accurately
- Wear required personal protective equipment, including a respirator when handling powders
- Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic equipment adjustments and troubleshooting
- Load raw materials into mixing equipment
- Lift and handle materials weighing 30-40 pounds regularly
- Complete production documentation and data entry using computer systems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
- Communicate production issues to supervisors and team members
- Assist with additional production duties as assigned
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a dusty manufacturing environment
- Ability to wear a respirator as required
- Ability to lift 30-40 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
