Your OpportunityFolder Works, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for an Equipment Operator in our North Mankato, MN facility.
Your Responsibilities- Operates equipment and machinery used for packaging, bindery, finishing and print production
- Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, within quality guidelines and in a timely fashion
- Troubleshoot mechanical and printing issues, making adjustments and corrections to meet production and quality standards as needed
- Operates equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
- Reads and interprets work orders, blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery
- 1st Shift;
Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy, and challenging environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to understand verbal and written instruction
- Ability to learn and utilize computer programs for order processing
- Strong team player with a positive attitude towards work and others
- Basic math and problem-solving skills required
- Production experience
- Mechanically inclined
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16 - 21. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
